About Me

Hello! My name is Jed.

I am a 26-year-old resident of a quaint village in Aberdeenshire where I have spent my entire life. I possess a great passion for music and enjoy attending concerts… I also enjoy engaging in various hobbies, such as gaming, football, and travel, particularly in Scotland, where I discovered my penchant for photography.

My journey in photography began approximately 2.5 years ago during the pandemic… However, my love for the art form truly blossomed 2.5 years ago when I ventured to Crawton and captured my first Puffin. The thrill of photographing an animal I had never before encountered in person ignited my passion for photography, and I have been devoted to the craft ever since.

My primary goal in photography is to capture moments the average person will not witness. Such as the Milky Way galaxy which can only be seen in the early hours of the morning, or an animal with incredible senses as to keep far away from humans such as the Pine Marten!

While I specialize in wildlife portraits, I also enjoy experimenting with other genres, including landscapes, astrophotography, event photography, and drone photography. Furthermore, I remain open to expanding my skill set and exploring new techniques within the field of photography.
